• Welcome Bonus: Available once per account only.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus balance can only be withdrawn after wagering 5x the bonus amount.
• Validity: If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of the bonus being activated, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, any incomplete bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• More than one bonus cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.

• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illicit funds.

NAG 5 In the following circumstances, an account may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Failure to provide KYC verification documents.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may request account closure at any time. In that case, your remaining balance (excluding any bonuses) will be refunded.
